KOKKOKU SOLID
Solid plain fabric of COCON's universal classic, "Kokkoku" rep fabric.
It is a "Jinme-ori" woven fabric that we are most confident in recommending, completed through numerous improvements since our establishment. This fabric is finished with a super high-density weave using a special device. For the "Sette Pieghe" model, a unique buffer structure made of spun silk yarn is adopted on the entire back to reduce wear.
Its ridges possess an orderly beauty reminiscent of the "sand ripples of a Zen garden." To create the most beautiful possible ridges, we are dedicated to inscribing the highest level of craftsmanship and passing it down to future generations—this is the sentiment embedded in "Kokkoku."
