When in use

If you spread the back of the blade, you will find a round, dangling thread (slack thread). If you gently pull on that thread, you will be able to eliminate the slack.
The basic plain knot is recommended. COCON's Sette Pieghe ties in particular do not have an interlining, so once you get used to tying them, you can freely adjust the size and shape of the knot, as well as the number and placement of the dimples. If you find COCON ties a little long, we recommend a double knot.
The ideal length is when you tie your tie so that the wide and narrow ends of the belt are in the center of your trouser belt.
