Color Representation
We try to represent the actual color of the product as much as possible, but the color of the product may appear different depending on the type of display and settings, etc. Therefore, returns and exchanges due to differences in color perception will be at the customer's discretion.

How to order
- On the product page, check the quantity, packaging method, and desired delivery date and time, then press the "Add to Cart" button. *Stock is not reserved at the time of adding to cart.
- Click "Proceed to checkout" to proceed to the order screen.

- If you are not logged in, please log in with your email address and password.
- If you are logged in, your registered delivery address will be displayed. If you want to change your address, please enter it.
- Choose your payment method:
- If you have a coupon code, enter it here.
*Coupons cannot be applied after an order has been placed. - Finally, click "Complete Order" .
- After placing your order, you will receive a "Confirmation Email for your order details" , so please check the details.
Your order is now complete.

- If you wish to order without registering as a member, please enter the required information such as your delivery address and payment method.

If you need a receipt, please write the recipient's name and any notes (not including the price of the item) in the "Order Notes" section of your cart. Please note that we cannot accept notes that are not related to the order. Also, if you wish to have a receipt sent after placing your order, you may be charged an additional shipping fee.
cancel
Orders placed by 3:00 p.m. on the same day will generally be shipped on the same day .
Therefore, please contact us by 3:00 p.m. if you wish to cancel.
If the item has already been shipped, we will cancel the order after you have paid the shipping fee by bank transfer.
Payment
Payment is due within one week from the date of order .
Orders placed after one week will be cancelled.

Credit card
If you wish to change the payment method, please contact your card company.

Amazon Pay
This service allows customers who have an Amazon account to shop using their Amazon registration information, eliminating the need to register as a member or enter shipping address and credit card information.
Carrier billing
Carrier billing is a payment service that allows you to pay for products and other items by combining them with your mobile phone bill by using the ID and password authentication of your mobile phone carrier, such as SoftBank Corp. or NTT Docomo Inc.
Convenience store payment
Convenience store payment is a payment method where you collect the payment at a convenience store (Family Mart, Seven-Eleven, Lawson, Ministop). Delivery and shipping costs
Shipping Fee
All products are delivered free of charge .
Please note that free shipping may end without notice.
There will be no additional shipping charges even for some remote areas or islands.
For overseas shipping, we will use EMS (Express Mail Service).
Free shipping does not apply, so we will inform you of the required shipping fee separately.

Shipping Schedule
Orders for which payment has been confirmed by 3pm on the same day will generally be shipped on the same day .
Orders placed after 3:00pm will generally be shipped the next day.
Time Specification
You can choose your delivery time from the following time slots.

Reshipment
If re-shipment is required due to customer reasons such as delayed receipt, an additional shipping fee will be charged.

Returns and Exchanges
We will only accept returns or exchanges of purchased products if they do not fall under the following "non-returnable conditions." Please note that we will not be able to accept any returns or exchanges if any of the following conditions apply to you.
In addition, the response will differ depending on whether the problem is due to our negligence or due to customer reasons .
Non-returnable conditions
- If more than 7 days have passed since the product arrived
- If you do not contact us within 5 days of receiving the product
- Products that state "No returns" on the product page

We take every precaution in managing our products, but if there is a problem with the product, we will accept returns or exchanges.
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product and send it to the address below with postage prepaid .
If you wish to exchange an item and we are unable to provide a replacement, we will accept a return.

We accept returns due to customer reasons, such as differences in image.
Please make sure that the item does not fall under the "non-returnable conditions" and contact us within 5 days of receiving the item.
Please send the product to the address below within 7 days of arrival, with postage paid by the customer .
In addition, a return handling fee of 1,000 yen (for packaging materials, administrative fees, etc.) will be charged to the customer. We will inform you of the fee separately.
