*Please note that depending on the product's condition, it may be difficult to respond.
3. Estimate
We will inform you of the official repair details, fees, and storage period.
4. Start work
Once you have approved the quotation, we will begin maintenance.
5. Product Delivery
Once the maintenance is completed, we will return the item to you by cash on delivery.
*Please note that in addition to the repair fee, shipping and cash on delivery fees of 330 yen will be charged separately.
